How to Download Music From Myspace

Here are the steps to show you how to download music from myspace:

1. Open http://www.File2HD.com in a window.
2. Open Myspace.com in another window, click on "music" and type in the band or artist name you are looking for. When you find the song you want, CLICK ON THE NAME OF THE PROFILE, it is underneath the name of the song.
3. A new window will open up. Copy the address of the myspace profile that is listed at the top of your browser.
4. Open the File2hd window. Paste the address in the URL line. Click "I accept", click AUDIO and then click GET FILES
5. A list of songs will appear. Click on the song you want. (New Player) Streaming Songs usually download. Haven't had much luck with the others.
6. A new window will open that says "Open" or "Save"... click "Save"... it will open up a new mini-window. The file name will be an insanely long string of numbers and letters. Erase it, and type in the name of the song. Click "Ok."
7. If the song downloads really fast, almost instantly, it didn't work that time. So just click on the link on File2hd again, repeat the steps, and name the song exactly the same as your first attempt, and click ok again. It will eventually download, slowly, "dial-up" speed. If any part of the song downloads really quickly/instantly it didnt work, so redo it.
8. Once it's done downloading properly, the MP3 is on your hard drive! Enjoy!

What you will need:

How you can go about finding websites that stream Christmas music:

Visit a search engine and enter keywords such as “listen to Christmas music” and “free streaming Christmas music” without the quotes. You can also visit the links I have listed at the end of this How To.

About the websites:

Some websites, like christmasmusic247.com allow you to submit music for library inclusion. Always follow the submission directions given on a website, otherwise you will likely end up wasting your time and cause irritation on the part of the people running the website and stations.

Some websites provide you with a choice when it comes to listening. Experiment with the different options see which player provides you with the most reliable and satisfying performance. On a website such as PlanetChristmas.com, you can listen using your iPod!

One website that you should visit to listen to Christmas music is AccuRadio. Not only can you listen to all your holiday favorites, for free of course, but you’ll also be helping out some charities too. Each time a new listener visits AccuRadio in December, AccuRadio makes a donation. They have donated thousands of dollars and you can help them donate more by just listening to music and telling family and friends to listen as well.

If you’re the type of person that enjoys listening to Christmas music in the summer, spring, or autumn, northpoleradio.com is the place you should keep bookmarked. Christmas may come and go in the blink of an eye, but this is one website that is there for you all year long.

How to Watch Classic Television for Free

Option #1:

Watch online. Watching television on your computer might seem odd at first, but over the Internet is where you’ll find a treasure trove of classics. Many of these programs currently aren’t available anywhere else. Simply visit a search engine such as Google or Yahoo! and type in “watch classic TV online” or “free classic TV” without the quotation marks, or visit the links at the end of this How To.

Although it’s generally possible to watch programs on your computer with dial-up, a high-speed Internet connection is highly recommended. A high-speed connection will enable you to enjoy a program instantly while dial-up will require you to load the entire episode first, and then watch. If you choose not to load the entire episode, the program is going to be stopping and starting repeatedly because of the slow speed of dial-up. This eats up almost as much time as the actual length of the program, if not more, and it makes for an unpleasant viewing experience.

You may need to download a certain video player, plug-in, or program before you can watch programs off a particular website. Some web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox will inform you that you need to download something before you can proceed and offer you a direct link. Otherwise, a link can usually be found on the website directing you to the place where you can download the program. This usually only applies to people with older computers or people that generally don’t perform regular updates. The downloads are generally free as long as you don’t want the premium or professional version of the player or program.

Option #2:

Visit the library. The library has DVD and VHS releases of numerous classic television shows. It’s free to take them out, but of course remember to check the due dates so you aren’t charged with late fees. If you don’t have a library card, they are free and easy to get at your local library.

Visit the website for the libraries located in your county and perform a search for the classic programs you’re looking for. Look on the website for the word "catalog" and click on the link or type what you're looking for in the Catalog Search field. This will give you a larger selection to choose from because you’ll have access to several libraries as opposed to just one. You can also have programs transferred from one library to the library closest to you for easy pick-up and return as long as you have a library card.

Generally, you can renew items from your own computer a couple of times by going to your county’s library website and logging-in to your account. There should be an option to renew items, and once you do, the return date will change to a later day. This isn’t always possible, but if you are able to, you’ll have more time to enjoy the programs.

You may need to place a hold on a particular program if all the copies are currently checked out. Once a copy is returned, it will then go to the person that is on top of the hold list. Depending on the number of copies available and the number of people that placed holds ahead of you, it may be a short time or a long time before a copy is ready for you to pick-up.

Remember, take good care of any item you borrow from the library. Others will want to enjoy the programs too, and clumsy or improper handling of such things as DVDs can cause problems for those that try to view the contents of the DVDs at a later date. You may even be charged by the library if you return something that is no longer playable because of something you did.

Free ways to make money online

Free ways to make money online - are there any?

The answer to that question is - YES! You just have to look for them. They aren’t going to jump out at you like the scams seem to. You know the ones I mean, "Earn hundreds of dollars in just one day" These very often, are not free. And if they are, well, I wouldn’t know, I haven’t found any yet!

The answer to that question is - YES! You just have to look for them. They aren’t going to jump out at you like the scams seem to. You know the ones I mean, "Earn hundreds of dollars in just one day" These very often, are not free. And if they are, well, I wouldn’t know, I haven’t found any yet!

There are lots of free ways to make money online, and some of them are so simple, you’ll wonder why you hadn’t thought about doing them before.

In a world full of crooks and criminals, you wouldn’t be blamed for being skeptical about anything with the word "free" in the title. But is it right that we are this way? Is it right for us to believe that there are actually, no free ways to make money online and that everything has it’s price?

Believe it or not, not everybody is out to do you wrong, not everything does cost the earth. In this world of bills and expenses, that is a difficult concept to comprehend. Isn’t it about time that we gave some of these schemes, these free ways to make money online a chance? Or are we really that full of doubt that believing it is just impossible?

Everybody knows that are more scams on the internet when it comes to making money than there are free ways to make money online, but is it really that difficult to believe that there are some free ways out there if we just have the patience to look for them?

Take online surveys for example, admittedly there are some websites and companies that you have to pay a membership fee for, but there are actually people out there that are willing to pay you for your opinion, and not expect you to pay anything for the privilege. And it has actually been proved, people have actually earned money from these surveys without paying anything first.

Is this the only one however, are there no more ways to make money online? No, is my answer to that. You can also get paid for submitting blogs, or posting threads and responses on forums with low popularity. You don’t have to pay for these, and you can earn money from them. But, still, after these methods have been proved, we still can’t quite believe there are free ways to make money online.

You could argue, however, that you have to pay to have the internet every month anyway, so theoretically you will end up paying for these free ways to earn money online. However, you if use the internet regularly, why not benefit from earning a little extra cash? It won’t cost you anymore, and if you earn money, it could end up paying for your internet subscription anyway. Personally, I’d have a look, just to cure my curiosity, and just to see if I could find free ways to earn money online. After all, it’s nice to get something for (almost) nothing!

Some advertising is expensive, and some advertising is cheap, but the best kind of advertising is FREE! Google Base is a service from Google that allows you to upload pictures, add descriptions, and point your items or information tidbits directly to your website or shopping cart.

Go to google.com/base . If you have less than 10 items to add to Google Base, you'll click 'One at a time' off to the right and get started filling out the form. Choose an existing item type from the drop down, or create your own. There are many types to choose from including events, housing, products, recipes, hotels, jobs, etc.

You will then be taken to a form that asks for Title, Details (like price, price type, quantity and attribute), and Description. The description field allows links and HTML.

You can then upload a photo, or link directly to a photo on the web. Also edit contact, payment and location details, if applicable. Set the amount of days to expire (max. 30) and click Preview or Publish.

If you'll be displaying more than 10 items, you'll find it much easier and less time-consuming to utilize this handy upload feature. Simply enter your items into a tab-delimited spreadsheet using Google's required and recommended headers for each of your items and upload.

Free Website Hosting: A Couple of Good Options

There are many free hosting sites out there; the first two that come to my mind are Tripod (http://www.tripod.lycos.com) and FreeWeb (http://www.freeweb.com). The major drawback of all such sites is that your website will be packed with ads and pop-ups (they do have to make money somehow).

There are many free hosting sites out there; the first two that come to my mind are Tripod (http://www.tripod.lycos.com) and FreeWeb (http://www.freeweb.com). The major drawback of all such sites is that your website will be packed with ads and pop-ups (they do have to make money somehow). If what you have in mind is just a small personal web page mostly for your friends to look at, free hosting is probably fine. It can also work for a small business or something like an artist portfolio where you have samples of your work. Still, I would only recommend it for starters; as your business grows, you will probably want something more professional looking and ad-free.

Tripod, the first one of the two sites I have mentioned, offers several different packages. The basic hosting is free. There are some ads, but your website will not be overloaded with them. There are 3 Google ads on top of the page, and some occasional pop-ups that are blocked by most users, anyway. Also, Tripod has a nice site building tool that does not require any HTML knowledge. You can design your webpages by using their templates, change colors and fonts, write your own headings and text, add pictures and interactive features - all that without HTML. And if you do know HTML and want to use your own codes, you also have such option. Besides, you can always upgrade for their paid service if you want to get rid of the ads, get your own domain name and more disk space (starting at $4.95).

FreeWebs is very similar: you can register for free and start building your pages. "No design skill required, we do the work," says the front page of the site, and it is true. They have tons of very neat-looking templates and very easy to use web building tools. Within minutes, you will know how to add pictures, create photo albums, forms, guest books, and all kinds of visual effects. No HTML knowledge is required, they just guide you through it, offering option after option.

I had also tried Geocities several years ago, but I found their service rather limiting when it comes to designing your website. From what I hear, Geocities have added more options and become very much like Tripod and Freewebs, with a free ad-supported starter package that you can always upgrade later on to have your own domain name and get rid of the ads
