From time to time, a member of our support team may ask for a screenshot in order to help you resolve an issue you're having with your ads. To capture a screenshot, please follow the steps below.
If you're using a PC:
   1. When viewing the site you're experiencing difficulty with, press the PrtScrn or Print Screen key, usually located in the upper right of your keyboard.
   2. Open Microsoft Paint by accessing the Start menu, then Programs, Accessories, and finally choosing Paint.
   3. Once you've opened Paint, choose 'Edit' from the top menu and click 'Paste'.
   4. Now that your screenshot appears in the Paint program, choose 'File' from the top menu and click 'Save as'.
   5. From the drop-down at the top of the 'Save as' menu, choose to save the file on your Desktop.
   6. Name your file 'adsense.jpg', choose 'JPEG' as the format from the 'Save as type' drop-down list, then click Save. 
If you're using Mac OSX:
   1. Open the 'Grab' application, usually found in Applications -> Utilities
   2. Select Capture->Window
   3. Click on the window you want to take a screenshot of.
   4. Save the screenshot as 'adsense.jpg.' 
If you're using a Mac 9.x or below, then hit 'Command+shift+3' while viewing the site you're experiencing difficulty with. This will create a file on your desktop (usually called 'picture1.png').
Once you've followed the appropriate steps, you'll be ready to attach your saved screenshot to your email to our support team.
