Where to Find Free Clip Art

Below are some great clip art resources:

Visit Webweaver.nu for fun, varied clip art. This site features a lot of animated clip art. To use these images, you may not link directly to the website, and you need to provide a link to their page if using Webweaver's clip art.

Classroomclipart.com is well organized and has great variety. Be aware that the site has a lot of pop-up ads. This site features both photographs and clip art.

1Clipart.com is a great resource which is well organized. However, you'll need to wait for lots of ads to load. A great feature is that you are able to edit their images through a website, so you can alter hues, size, and more.

Freeclipartnow.com is a great resource which is not overloaded with ads. It has a lot of useful and varied clip art to choose from.

Check out wizardofdraws.com for clip art by Jeff Bucchino. Since Jeff creates them all, they are in a consistent style, which is great when you are using more than one piece of clip art.

You can also find free clip art by typing 'clip art' into Google. It's best to add a subject with that, like 'free Thanksgiving clip art,' or 'free Christmas clip art' in order to get more targeted results. However, when searching, make sure you find clip art that is actually free, not just low cost. Also, make sure to link to the site where you got the clip art if the site requires that.
